My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I began my real estate career in 1986 and have been ranked as a top broker with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. I am a legendary and respected in the real estate industry. I have also been distinguished nationally by my CRS designation, which recognizes my advanced knowledge and achievement in the Real Estate industry. Only 4% of all realtors nationally hold this designation.

In 2006 I was the recipient of the Coldwell Banker's International Diamond award which honors the top 8% percent of more than 60,000 sales associates in the country for outstanding sales achievement and leadership. 
I understand that buying or selling a home in many cases is the largest assets in your portfolio and can be very stressful. But understanding the roles of the individuals involved can be a wonderful breathtaking journey. My mission is to bring buyers and sellers together as effortlessly and pleasantly as possible and exceed their expectations.

A lifelong resident of Boston, I have extensive knowledge of Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and the surrounding areas. I have established myself as an expert negotiator and use my knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry to help my clients with condo conversion, investment properties, estate properties, historic properties, zoning issues, and much more. 

I attribute my successful career to a supportive family, my colleagues, a love for the business, a great sense of humor and a sincere interest in always doing what is best for my clients. My clients value my collaborative listening skills and my direct and honest approach. 

I presently live with my husband Bill, who is an established electrician, and my daughter Tyana, an alumni of Massachusetts College of Pharmacy.
